Crowdsource Final Assignment

Very exciting - use of the Groundswell....

For our last meeting on 20/03, we will do a crowdsource session - using your real or planned projects as the business model samples.

Please prepare and post by 17/03 (St. Patrick's Day):

1. Your project's business model - focus
-target customers
-revenue sources
-problems solved - customers, owner, partners
-what makes this project unique - differentiate from current offerings
-why it will work
Use a visual framework, so that the group can 'see' your plan - not a PPT,
not a lot of bla bla.

Read this interview and see and excellent example of the start up business process.

2. Identify problems - issues

During the class, the group will:
1. Clarify the models
2. Clarify the issues - offer smart solutions
3. Recommend ways to 'stretch' - grow customers, revenues

Using a Seedcamp style - the outcome should be a Business Model and supporting plan that could be funded by investors.

The session + results will only be as good as you, the group, make it.
