Vente Privee Analysis + New Applications

For our next class discussion, please research and reviewwww.vente-privee.com You will need to subscribe to look around in the site.

As well you will need to search and read 1 online article that provides analysis of the company.
There is a concise article in JDN here ...you will need to find one article on your own.

The focus of this exercise will be to apply a successful business model to another industry.
Please post by Sunday prior to the class, at 2 PM your analysis. Be sure to address:
1. Revenue sources

2. Problems solved for customers, suppliers, company owners

3. Brief recap of the article you have read, with a text link to the article.

4. Apply the Vente Privee model to another industry. You choose the industry. >>how would it work >>what problems does the business model solve for that industry

5. Is there a site doing 'vente privee' in that industry already? Please provide a link
